| An order can be made by telephone, fax, letter or e-mail. An order confirmation will be sent within 2 - 4 days, as we have to check the availibility. If no objection is rised when received the order is to be considered accepted. | |

| As some of the models top which we provide spareparts, are becoming rarities, parts are subject to be obsoleted. If you decide to buy spareparts then consider the fact that the sooner the better, as in two weeks the parts may be unavailable. And please do allow us som time to process your order, we too have to struggle sometimes to help you getting just the right piece. | |

| All our low prices are guide nett retail prices in Danish Kroner and DO NOT include discount, delivery costs, foreign customs or VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Certain items may no longer be supplied or may only be available with extende delivery time. In these circumstances we will attempt to provide an alternative. | |
Discounts |

| We're only discounting prices when ordering larger amounts of parts. When ordering parts exceeding a certain amount the prices are subtracted a certain amount as per the following. Please notice that there is no discount on shipping and VAT. When ordering parts at an amount exceeding dkk 5,000.00 a discount rate of 10% can be expected, by ordering parts at an amount exceeding dkk 15,000.00 a discount rate of 15% can be expected. | |
Payment |

There are various ways of paying your goods. The goods can be paid in advance using our ’Postgiro’ account, a bank swift transfer in Dkk, a cheque in your local currencey, made payable to ’Fa. Niels Laursen’, or Online payment using Visa,MasterCard,Discover, orAmerican Express Credit Cards, using PayPal. Please notice that all expenses concerning paying is to be paid by the customer.

| Normally goods will be dispatched within 2 - 4 weeks, but it may take longer, as some parts are difficult for us to get. Typical delivery time for parcels to North America and Australia 8 - 10 days. | |
Export World Wide |

| When delivering to countries which is not in the EEC the sum will be in Danish Kroner exclusive VAT and customs. When delivering to countries within the EEC the prices will be subject to Danish VAT (25%) - goes for non-VAT registered customers only VAT registered customers within the EEC will receive parts without VAT. Please notice that all prices will be charged in Danish Kroner. | |
Shipping |

| Shipping the goods is at risk of the customer and all expenses hereof is to be paid by the customer. | |
Damaged goods |

| On receipt of the goods, it is of great importance to check if the packing is damaged which could have led to damage of the contained goods. If there is any sign of damage the carrier should be drawn to attention of this. If the goods are damaged it's the carrier who has the responsibility. | |
Complaints/Returning of Goods |

| If the delivery contains faulty items or items are missing, we should be noticed within 2 working days after delivery. In case of complaint you are subject to state order # item # and what the fault is, thereafter we'll conclude wether the good has to be returned. Returning of processed or used goods will not be accepted. Returning of goods are only accepted if we have approved it. If goods are returned without prior notice we will charge a handling fee of 10% of the order-sum, but not less that our actual handling expenses and never less than dkk 100.00. | |
